The health, safety and well-being of our passengers and staff is and always has been our number one priority. In line with guidance from transport regulators as well as the Australian Government we are implementing a range of Travel Safe measures to mitigate the risk of COVID-19.

We will keep this page updated with the latest advice for our charter customers, as more information and guidance is available, as well as through our own learning.


Australian Tourlink Cairns has implemented a COVID Safe Plan to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers. The number of daily customers will be limited, and social distancing guidelines will be strictly enforced.
Hygiene and sanitizing stations are available throughout our vehicles and signage is displayed to ensure social distancing practices are followed.


On arrival to board a tour guests will be requested to complete a COVID Safe Customer Questionnaire. This information will assist in ensuring the health and safety of people entering our vehicles. The information is recorded as per Queensland Government directives and will NOT be used for any other means and will never be shared with any third party. The information will be kept on file for 56 days and then destroyed. Australian Tourlink Cairns reserves the right to refuse entry under this direction if the COVID Customer Questionnaire is not completed or if a customer has recently been exposed to or is experiencing symptoms of COVID19. If entry is refused due to COVID19 requirements, a  refund of your booking will be provided.


Australian Tourlink Cairns is undertaking daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning requirements in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19.
